  • Don’t forget your bed cover or duvet: Is it big enough ? Comfortable and cuddly enough ? Do you get too cold or too hot under it ? Maybe it is made from a synthetic material, maybe polyester or such like ?
  • Keep an eye on the room temperature in your bedroom: it is easier to sleep well in a cooler environment
  • It is harder to sleep well on a full stomach, therefore try not to eat too much or too late in the evening
  • Try to avoid electro-smog in your bedroom: so don’t have TVs, phones, radios or computers in there
  • Alcohol, nicotine, coffee or tea can make it harder to get a good night’s sleep
