At dormiente, you can choose between two natural sleep systems: System 1 and System 7®. Both are made with 100% natural latex and solid wooden slats.
Natural Sleep Systems
System 1: Natural Support Base with Natural Latex
- System 1 consists of a core made from 100% natural latex resting on sturdy wooden slats.
- More comfort than a simple slatted base: System 1 supports the mattress from below with an elastic natural latex core. This provides a more comfortable lying experience and more precise adaptation to the body.
- 100% natural latex for elastic support: Natural latex responds point-elastically to pressure. Where more weight is applied, the material yields, and where less pressure occurs, it supports the body.
- Easy to use: System 1 does not require any adjustment. It is a good choice if you are looking for a natural, comfortable support base that works reliably.
System 7®: Individually Adjustable Sleep System
- Individually adaptable through seven elements: System 7® does not work with a fixed, uniform surface but with seven separate modules positioned beneath the mattress. Depending on where your body needs more pressure relief or support, these modules can be arranged differently.
- The individual elements are equipped with a 7.5 cm high core made from 100% natural latex and are supported by sturdy beechwood slats.
- Three different firmness levels: Soft, medium-soft, and firm elements allow precise adjustment for the shoulders, pelvis, back, and waist.
- Suitable for sensitive body areas: If your shoulders, hips, or back are sensitive to pressure, System 7® can help address this specifically. The elements can be positioned softer or firmer where your body needs it.
- Also beneficial for changing sleeping positions: Anyone who does not sleep exclusively on their back, side, or stomach during the night needs a support system that adapts accordingly. System 7® can be configured so that different sleeping positions are not a problem.
- Ideal for double beds: With System 7®, two people can sleep on one continuous mattress while each side is adjusted differently. This is especially comfortable if you do not want a gap between mattresses but still have different support needs.
- Edge-to-edge comfort on all sides: Who says comfort has to stop at the edge? The continuous construction creates an even sleeping surface without disruptive edge zones. This allows you to comfortably use the full width of the bed.
- Additional comfort through 7.5 cm of natural latex: In addition to the mattress, the 7.5 cm high natural latex core of the elements provides significantly more comfortable support. The body is gently cushioned, point-elastically supported, and noticeably relieved.
